Terms Of business An invoice for all expenses will be sent in due course. Terms of payment are 14 days from date of invoice. Any amounts overdue for payment may be charged interest at 5% over the Bank of England base rate from the due date. We will require a deposit for the cost of disbursements. Please sign to confirm your agreement to comply with these terms of business. We would respectfully point out that it is the legal responsibility of the person arranging the funeral to give instructions in reasonable time before the funeral takes place as to the disposal of any clothing, jewellery and personal effects of the deceased. If instructions are not given any such items may be disposed of and, in case of jewellery, left with the deceased for interment or cremation. PA Funerals Limited cannot accept responsibility for the loss of such items in the event of instructions not being given. Any request for changes to these arrangements must be notified 72 hours prior to the funeral taking place. Where there will be family bearers, a disclaimer must be signed in advance of the funeral service. Booster seats must be provided for children that are required to use them. Please let us know prior to the funeral so that we can allow extra time for fitting.
